Analysis of main components and trace substance compounds incl. silicon compounds in landfill, biogases and sewage gases
In-house and third-party monitoring in accordance with the Landfill Ordinance

Gas quality analysis

An essential component for the damage-free utilisation of biogenic gases in combined heat and power plants or for the processing of the gas into biomethane and subsequent feeding into the natural gas grid is the precise knowledge of the gas quality.

As a laboratory accredited according to DIN EN 17025, we carry out analyses for the main components (CH4, CO2, O2, N2) as well as the trace substances H2, CO, H2S, NH3, organic silicon compounds (including siloxanes), BTEX, CHCs/CFCs, VOCs, total chlorine, total fluorine, total sulphur and organic sulphur components (including mercaptans). In addition, our range of analyses also includes screening investigations for other organic substances present in the gas. By using gas bags for sampling, the sampling can also be carried out easily on the pressure side. We will be happy to provide you with a sampling description on request.

The examination of deposits in the combustion chambers and flue gas passages, but also in the raw gas pipes, completes our range of services.
